Activities vary during each group and will include a variety of live demonstration, group practice with feedback, coding, and skills activities.

How do you envision the process of achieving these goals? What is your own story in wanting to become an MI trainer?
Becoming a member of MINT has become more challenging over the last 5 years and learning how to successfully navigate the MI world requires patience, dedication to learning the language of MI.
We have adapted our usual one-day workshop for a virtual tele-conferencing format of four weekly two-hour training sessions. This training will discuss effective methods of supervising workers and provides participants with an opportunity to explore creative ways of integrating effective interventions with workers in motivating them. The practice of supervision using motivational interviewing is a worker-centered directive method for enhancing the intrinsic motivation within the worker, by helping them to explore and resolve their own ambivalence.
