MI enthusiast in the field of educational psychology. Currently working as a junior researcher and lecturer in Tallinn University where I study students´ knowledge development and social skills development. Also working as a vocational teacher of photography that allows me to practice MI skills. Had my first MI training in 2011 and also started my route as a coder and supervisior since then. Further goals are related to specialize even more in educational field with MI trainings and supervision.
Using your prior experiences are best way to start with MI training. Use them wisely and just try to understand how MI can help you to make sense of them.
