With over two decades as a leading educator and professional trainer, I bring a passionate focus to inspiring transformational, experiential, inclusive, and student-centered leadership and learning. As Centennial’s Vice President Academic and Chief Learning Officer, I have championed student success through teaching and learning excellence, academic quality, and reflective leadership practice. I am a member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and have published widely on evidence-based practice approaches, including motivation and positive behaviour change, and am an in-demand mentor, TEDx speaker and keynote presenter. Through my 20+ years of academic teaching and administration, I have mobilized positive leadership and outstanding results and accomplishments across teams and departments, and identified keen insights into the essential strategies that lead to institutional success.
