A new document has been developed by Terri Moyers, Jen Manuel and Denise Ernst in consultation with Bill Miller. The document clarifies terminology used in the MITI 3.1.1 manual and in MI-3, lays the groundwork for further changes that will be coming in MITI 4.0, and clarifies MINT policy related to the TNT application review process.
