This 2 day introductory workshop will provide participants an in-depth overview of the theory, principles, and skills of MI. Learning activities will include: demonstrations, videotape examples, “real-plays”, small group exercises, and significant participant practice and opportunities to receive feedback.
Attendees also receive one (1) free work sample submission to be coded using the Motivational Interviewing Treatment Integrity Tool (MITI) 4.2.1. After the sample is submitted there will be an individualized coaching and feedback call to review the work sample. The submission is nontransferable.
